To determine pricing, we will arrange a 30 minute meeting (by phone or video) to learn about your organisation and to discuss your requirements. This will give us the information we need to determine the size of your project. Then we’ll prepare your fixed price proposal.
If you would like to proceed, we’ll ask you to confirm by either email or by signing our Work Authorisation Form. We’ll also discuss timeframes and any further information requirements we’ll need from you before we can begin.
For some projects such as writing regular case studies or media releases, your proposal comes with a 12 month fixed price guarantee. That way, you can plan your budget for the whole year.
